STU ART Productions in conjunction with Staging Connections managed the Amway China 2005 Incentive Conference, a 24 day event at Homebush for approximately 14,000 guests – the largest conference in the Southern Hemisphere to date.
STU ART Productions provided entertainment, staging, onsite stage management and full OH&S breakdown and briefings.
STU ART Productions was engaged to event manage the launch of The New Rouse Hill. The brief was to navigate through a joint venture party to create an event with very specific guidelines and requirements, culminating in defined outcomes whilst keeping all parties happy. This also entailed liaison with the onsite construction company, as the site was already under way. STU ART Productions created an event space in an empty field that was successful in every way, meeting all client expectations and goals.
STU ART Productions was engaged as the event manager by Sara Lee Australia to launch their brand new head office at Pymble. This included an opening event with international delegates from Sara Lee head office, followed two weeks later by a family fun day for all staff and their families. For both events, construction was ongoing at the site and the brief was to create two events at the premises, in the middle of an active construction site. STU ART Productions again provided full site management, OH&S briefing and Risk Assessment. Again the two events were successful with no issues arising and once again meeting all client outcomes.
In August 2006 STU ART Productions pitched and won the contract to do the opening party and staff Christmas party for the Lane Cove Tunnel and Thiess John Holland.
The events were to be held inside the tunnel. For both nights, guests were to be bussed into the event space. From power and water to 950sqm of flooring and all themeing, everything was brought in. Working with TJH management and contractors STU ART Productions had to ensure all OH&S issues were met and dealt with. A giant logistical task.
Both nights were a complete success with guests dancing till the small hours. The first night raised in excess of $250,000 for the Humpty Dumpty Foundation. Once again, no mishaps and another success for STU ART Productions.
